Representing the board of directors of Ambertech Limited

shareholder

Welcome to the December 2021 edition of the "Shareholder Newsletter". At the corporate level,

The team has been very busy in recent months, completing two strategic acquisitions, a successful equity financing, and the holding of the 2021 annual general meeting.

In terms of operations, we have participated in several great projects, and we would like to take this opportunity to update you on some of these projects in this newsletter.

As we approach the end of 2021, we look forward to providing you with another strong result based on the progress made in our business over the past two years.

On December 7, 2021, the Ambertech Board of Directors provided the market with the following guidance on the half-year-end performance

December 31, 2021. The guidelines are as follows:

-Income between US$38 million and US$40 million;

-Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) between US$3.2 million and US$3.4 million; and

-Net profit before tax (NPBT) ranges from US$2.7 million to US$2.9 million. The following chart provides some background information for this announcement:

During the first part of this period, business was uneven due to the COVID-19 lockdown in New South Wales and Victoria, which had an impact on revenue and profits at the time. However, due to the pent-up demand during that time, we have recovered strongly and we are expected to meet or exceed the revenue and profit of the first half of the year (1H F2021).

Our team has performed well in dealing with well-known international supply chain challenges, and our forward and deferred orders are still very strong in all markets, including dealer-based operations and project delivery. This continues to give us full confidence in the second half of the year.

Check the expected net profit before tax (NPBT) for the period and adjust the amount of JobSaver and JobKeeper received in each period. The "standardized" result remains stable during the period.

Combined with our strong forward and out-of-stock situation, we look forward to the increasing contribution of recent acquisitions to business performance.

In the context of recent fund-raising, we are still in a good position to take advantage of other growth opportunities through agency and business acquisitions.

We currently plan to release the first half of the results on February 18, 2022.

Re-elect Mr. David quickly

Digital projection helps the world's first remote laser projection installation

The world’s leading visualization center Curtin University HIVE’s facilities support groundbreaking research in the fields of space exploration, health sciences, education and engineering, and recently celebrated another milestone: the world’s first cutting-edge new satellite modular laser system with Digital Projection installed ( MLS) projector.

At HIVE, three satellite MLS systems are installed in cylindrical displays and another system is deployed in dome displays. Utilizing the modular nature of satellite MLS, it allows the distance between the projection head and the light source to be as high as 100 meters. InDesign can hang the inconspicuous satellite projection head at the display location while placing the light source in the server room at a distance of about 15 meters. It contains other AV and computer equipment.

St. Hilda's School used the M series of digital projections to transform the gymnasium into a multi-purpose space.

The famous St. Hilda School is an Anglican girls' school preparing for grade 12. The gymnasium is part of the school’s sports center and is used to hold regular assemblies and church services, as well as special events, such as the annual student leadership introduction service. The school needs a projection solution to provide a larger and brighter image in a space full of ambient light.

The BAR 83 of the Sydney Tower uses Sonance to upgrade the sound system

Bar 83 underwent a renovation project, which included several upgrades to the audio enhancement system. The goal is simple: original background music, easy to control, and the ability to start at night when the guest DJ appears.

Creating the perfect audio system is all about versatility. Even the coverage of background music is the most important. Hiding audio components is also important; speakers need to be heard, not seen-making Sonance the perfect choice.

Newcastle City Council transforms the rooftop area into a stunning outdoor space

Newcastle’s multi-level city management centre has a large outdoor terrace on the sixth floor. The architect designed this terrace to have a fresh and airy feel. Several planting boxes are placed near the benches, which have little interference with natural light. The audio requirements in this area are not just background music. People also gather on the terrace to watch events, attend important announcements or speak by staff. Therefore, audio systems require greater capacity and the ability to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. Sonance fulfilled this brief request perfectly.
